how about a Holiday Martini....i like to think of this as a peppermint cosmo. yeah thats what it is HaHa. so i thought id experiment in a few holiday cookies since we are getting close to Christmas. more to come...

Man Cookies!

my dad turned 60 this past weekend so i decided to make him some cookies. what better way to say happy birthday with some manly cookies haha. harley davidson logos & beer mug cookies seemed to fit well.

Drummer/Surfer Birthday Bash

i was able to make some really fun cookies for a birthday party. he was a drummer & a surfer AND....was turning 30. very cool to make some cookie favors for this special event. i was given full leeway to do what i wished. love the way they all turned out!

Gobble Gobble

well here it is November 1st. thought I would make some Thanksgiving cookies to get me in the mood. i cant believe how fast the year has gone. I will be doing Christmas cookies before I know it.

Special Wedding Favors

I just got married October 13 2011. I made my own favors to match the color scheme of the flowers I had in my bouquet and centerpieces. Red, orange, purple, hot pink and deep green. The cookies were HUGE...about 6" tall. I flooded them with an ivory color and then did some flower designs with the brush embroidery technique cascading on one side. The centers of the flowers I added a little silver luster dust for some sparkle. They came out beautiful & everyone loved them. I will always remember these because they were my wedding favors AND...because they are the one cookie that literally took me the longest to decorate. haha...luckily it was for a special occasion ;)

Black & White wedding

a dear friend of mine is getting married & i was privileged to make her wedding favors. she wanted a wedding cake cookie with black & white flowers. i used the brush embroidery technique which is always a winner. so pretty....so elegant! they came out nice!
