corona beer & hawaiian shirts!

my uncles birthday is this weekend & we are having a BBQ/swim party for him. i decided to make some cookies of his two favorite things...corona beer & hawaiian shirts. haha well i dont know if hawaiian shirts are one of his two favorite things but i know he wears them all the time. these cookies were fun to make. cant wait til my family sees the cookies. summertime fun!!! oh yeah!!!

i had some fun with some skulls i made as royal transfers. whipped up some cool colors....black, teal, purple & pink and went to town with some leopard print & hearts. what girl doesnt like that? i think they came out pretty cool. girly punk cookies i like to call em.

More Henna

so what do i do when i have extra cookies & extra icing...i love to pipe henna designs. they look so cool on a cookie. it does take some time but the end result is beautiful...i tried painting on some luster dust on the pink ones. it gave it a shiny shimmery look. i dig it!!!

i was thinkin....my logo should be on a cookie. hell yeah, thats just what i did. i think next time i will make a long rectangular cookie so i can pipe cupcakes & cookies underneath. yes i need to re-do this. im too much of a perfectionist when it comes to stuff like this. by the way...my ultimate favorite chocolate cookie dough is made by LilaLola and here is the recipe...The End-All for Chocolate Cookies Recipe. its amazing and i love how the light pink icing on the brown cookie looks....

Wedding

I thougth it would be time to dabble in some wedding cookies. I have seen so many beautiful designs from fellow inspiring cookie artists i was excited to create some myself. Practice Practice Practice...it is what I am doing. I learn with every cookie and as I learn I am getting better. So to me that is a BIG plus.
