Flames N Skullz

one thing i love is flames & skulls. now my house is not decorated in such but i do have a few things that have flames n skulls decorated on it. ive always loved the badass look. i wanted to do a black cookie with black skull, red & orange flames. well we all know what black icing does to the mouth so i decided to go with white background. i made some skull royal transfers in black and they just didnt look right on the white cookie. so yes i tossed em and started over and made the white skulls. ahhh so much better. i love this cookie!

Happy Valentine's Day

there are so many cute ideas to go crazy with for valentines day. tons of candy at the stores & bakeries going all out with the sugary goodness of cakes, cupcakes and cookies. i had purchased a skull & crossbones cookie cutter back when it was halloween. i havent used it yet so what better day to use it than Valentine's Day haha. so i tried to make it look heartsy...."heartsy" is that even a word? anyways....my first try at using this cookie cutter & still getting better with my cookie decorating skills. i need to find someone that will eat all these so i can make more & practice more ;)
